  • Three Floyds Arctic Panzer - A massive Imperial IPA that will leave your palate it’s hapless victim. 100 IBU Color is a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma is strong with hops with and pine the most dominant. Light fruits such as white grape and apricot with some orange notes as well, but not a citrusy beer per se. Taste is massive bitterness & citrus of grapefruit on the palate. Noticeable dry aftertaste. Munster Indiana; 9 % ABV; Rate Beer scores 99 points

  • Moylans Kilt Lifter Scotch Ale - Very well balanced. Aromas of caramel, cookie, liquorice, nuts, wood, and hints of butter. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and long length. Palate is velvety, almost creamy, and medium bodied. Dark brown, with a frothy head. Novato, California; 8% ABV;

  • Nebraska Apricot Au Poivre Saison - 2011 LA International Commercial Beer Competition Silver Medal – Fruit & Vegetable Beer; Rate Beer scores 96 Points An artful interpretation of a Belgian-style Saison created with Apricot Puree and Black Pepper. Aged for 6 months in third-use French Oak Chardonnay barrels. Delicate flavors and aromas of oak, apricot, chardonnay, and pepper intertwined in the barrel to achieve a flavor profile that is simultaneously complex and delightful. Aroma of apricot, oak, vanilla, wood. Mild chardonnay notes. Some pepper and yeast. Flavor has mild fruit, nice dryness, some fruity and twangy esters. Some bread and hay, mild earth undertones. The barrel gives some interesting flavors. Some mellow oak and white wine. Mellow sweetness, backend gets a touch drier, the black pepper makes an appearance, apricots offer some life. Gentle sweetness, faint tartness, more oak, but not too buttery. White wine, vanilla, smooth and quite quaffable. Papillion NE 6.8% ABV

  • Laugunitas Sonoma Farmhouse HopStoopid - Sure to blast through just about anything still lingering from the night before, this mouthful of Hops and huge rich Malt has a gaurantee built right into the name! Pours hazy and cloudy orange amber color with a small dense khaki head. Aromas of big pine, orange zest, grapefruit, floral, herbal, caramel, and honey like sweetness; with a bit of booze. Pretty nice aromas here with good strength. Taste of big orange rind, pine, grapefruit, caramel, spiciness, herbal, and a bit of honey. Good amount of bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pine, spices, orange, and caramel on the finish for a while. Good balance of flavors; with pretty smooth drinking, but it is still a sipper at 9.5%. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very creamy and slick mouthfeel. Alcohol is well hidden with only a warming on the finish present. Imperial IPA- Petaluma, CA, 8% ABV

  • Rogue Imperial India Pale Ale (I²PA)- Imperial IPA - Above and beyond an India Pale Ale–I2PA is radically hopped with an intense aroma and hop bitterness. Unfiltered and aged for 9 months before it leaves the brewery–not for the faint of heart. I2PA is brewed with two-row Pipkin Pale malts, Saaz, Cascade and Northwest Golding hops.   • New Holland Charkoota Rye- Smoked Style - Charkoota Rye is a Smoked Rye Dopplebock with a malty backbone of rye and four other malts, including malted barley smoked over cherry wood. Its smoke-forward body is balanced with tones of deep molasses and caramel, with a crisp, clean lager finish. Charkoota goes great with with pork. Aroma is meaty and smokey with a really nice, sweet cherry wood. There is some caramel, a light bread with a nice rye spice, and a hint of dark fruits. Flavor is a bit sweet up front with caramel and rye bread before the meaty smoke comes in. Lots of cherry wood in the middle with some dark fruits and peat. Holland Michigan; 7.79 ABV; Rate Beer scores 90 points

  • Southern Tier Pumking - Pour Pumking into a goblet and allow it’s alluring spirit to overflow. As spicy aromas present themselves, let it’s deep copper color entrance you as your journey into this mystical brew has just begun. The nose is quite spicy – cinnamon, some spices, pumpkin. The taste is nicely sweet and savory, some sugar and earthy pumpkin flavor. The palate is medium, carbonation is active. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape the Pumking. Lakewood New York; 8.6 ABV; Rate Beer scores 96

  • Lindemans Frambroise - Pours fizzy dark pink with a large light pink head. Smells exclusively of raspberries. Taste follows the nose perfectly; raspberries with a hint of maltiness. Light-bodied with a prickly texture and lots of carbonation; Brouwerij Belgium- 2.5% ABV;

  • Blue Moon Grand Cru - Poured hazy, pale golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up warm banana sweetness and honey topped by white pepper, cloves, and orange peel.The flavor found warm honey and pale malts at the core, again with spices (cloves and orange zest again) around a tangy finish with more orange zest and some banana. Medium-bodied with moderate, carbonation. Golden,CO; 8.2% ABV;
