First- Fresh Green Beans, Bacon & Onion served over a Belgian Waffle drizzled with Big Buck Infused Maple syrup paired with Big Buck Brown Ale- High gravity beer brewed with local Maple syrup, pours a semi-hazy brownish amber color. Aroma of roasted English malt, floral hops, roasted nuts & a hint of citrus. Taste is malty, a touch sweet, roasted nuts, dark pitted fruit & some citrus. Finish is well balanced. 8% ABV;

Second- Lettuce Wrap filled with dried Apricot, Raisin, Cranberry & Sunflower Seed & a hint of Blueberry essence Greek Yogurt Paired with Beware of the Dog Headbutter Barley Wine- Tim describes as 79 IBU’s, fruitier than most barleywines with a hint of nuts.  Good body, floral aroma and a somewhat bitter finish. 9.5% ABV

Main- Hungarian Beef Paprikash served with Chipotle Mashed Sweet Potatoes paired with Sproose II- Double IPA, brewed with high alpha hops & locally harvested spruce tips, pours a golden orange. Aroma has heavy pine plus fresh grass, some citrus. Aggressive biting flavor, strong spicy pine, resin & grapefruit, with a solid sweet caramel background. Medium bodied and a bit sticky. Finishes quite long in a spicy/bitter combination. 8.3% ABV

Finale- Pineapple Upside Down Cake A la Mode paired with Milk Stout- Black Husky-Pours a jet black color with a tan head. Aroma is soft, lightl roast, & bready. Flavor is sweet & malt, nutty with a touch of coffee and a light bitter finish.7.% ABV

Our Beer Dinners are open seating from 5 to 8 pm and feature the very best in craft beers paired with a chef inspired menu created just for the event. The Food & Beer are available in limited quantity, so reservations are strongly suggested to assure availability.  Most Beer Dinners for 2014 are priced at $35-$40.  A designated driver dinner option is also available at a reduced price.
