<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">AMERICAN CRAFT BEER WEEK-</span></strong><strong> 5/14- 5/20 Events &amp; Special Featured Beer  </strong><strong>Daily!</strong></p>
<p><strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Tuesday May 15<sup>th </sup></span>Tyranena Beer Dinner Featuring: Scurvy, Hefe Weiss, Porter, Rocky’s Revenge &amp; Three Beaches Honey Blonde</strong></p>
<p>WELCOME BEER- <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Three Beaches Honey Blonde</span>-Aroma of honey, orange peel, lemongrass and slight pear. Appearance is gold with scant white head. Flavor is mostly sweet throughout, with a crisp grassy finish. 5% ABV</p>
<p>STARTER-<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Lime &amp; Pale Ale  Scallop Cerviche</span>- Somewhere between Shrimp Cocktail &amp; Sushi lies Cerviche, in which seafood is “cooked” in citrus juices without ever seeing flame. The result is a thrilling combination of texture, flavor &amp; sensation.  Our version cheats a bit, involving a 30 second poach of sea scallops, just a little head start to eliminate any question of “doneness”… before the lime &amp; Pale Ale marinade is added with sea salt and yummy spices &amp; paired with <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Stone Tepee Pale Ale</span>  This American Pale Ale pours a hazy orange with bright head. Aroma is slight citrus with malt sweetness. Taste is mainly citrus with some caramel malt hints. Some honey and slight ginger in the finish. 5.7% ABV</p>

<p>SALAD-<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Warm Bacon Mushroom Vinaigrette over Chopped Romaine &amp; Hearts Blend</span> paired with <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Rocky’s Revenge</span>- Medium brown with thick head that recedes quickly leaving just a cap of tan on top. Very sweet, creamy caramel. The bourbon barrel flavor is light and in the background of the sweetness.6.0 % ABV</p>
<p>MAIN- <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Chile Orange Short Ribs with Cheesy potatoes &amp; Asparagus </span>with orange-wasabi butter paired with<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> Scurvy</span> IPA 6.5% ABV</p>
<p>DESSERT-<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Banana Colada Sundaes served with Chief BlackHawk Porter-</span> Dark brown in color with off-white head. Cocoa, chocolate, light roasted malt, mild brown sugar, and rustic hopping. Nice lingering roast malt bitterness and a touch of hops. 5.4% ABV</p>
