Erv’s Mug is proud to be a true scratch kitchen. And being a scratch kitchen means we work with a lot of ingredients — it’s one of the main reasons our menu stretches across six pages with barely an inch of space to spare!

Believe it or not, even that packed menu doesn’t cover everything we offer. By my count, Erv’s Mug currently has 138 different items to choose from. That includes 16 sandwiches, 17 salads, 6 burgers, 37 dinner entrées, 8 wraps, and 3 bowls — and those are just the main dishes! On top of that, we’ve got 7 daily specials, 14 side dishes, 15 appetizers, 6 desserts, 8 kid/smaller entrées, and 17 sauces and rubs. Add it all up, and you get those 138 options — not even counting our rotating weekly specials you’ll find on the tabletops!

Now, some of you might be thinking, “Hold on, Timmy — you only have three salads: Garden, Caesar, and the original Sticky Chicken Salad.” And you’d be right! But what a lot of people forget is that you can customize those salads with different proteins. We offer grilled chicken, tenderloin, shrimp, or salmon — and you can mix and match to your heart’s content. You can also do this with our Alfredo Pasta Dish as well! Personally, I’m partial to our buffaloed crispy chicken on the Caesar Salad (IYKYK).

Of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible team. We simply couldn’t pull off this kind of menu without a consistent — and phenomenal — staff. Out of the 29 people currently working here, we’ve got a combined 221 years of service at Erv’s Mug. That’s an average of about 7.5 years per person! I couldn’t be prouder. It’s truly our greatest strength as an organization.

So next time you’re at Erv’s Mug, go ahead and venture beyond the fish fry. Who knows — your new favorite dish might be just one visit away!
