When people think of Erv’s Mug, people generally think of two things: Fish fry & craft beer. And we love that! We’re one of the oldest craft beer bars in the state and are proud to be at the forefront of the ever-changing beer industry. However, we’re aware that not everyone shares our passion for beer. That was one of our driving factors for creating a rotating seasonal cocktail list.

Five times per year, we invent new cocktails to keep our drink offerings fresh, just like our beer list! Danielle has been inventing new cocktail recipes for over 40 years and has been inspiring the newest generation of bartenders to do the same! On this Spring Cocktail List, try Hannah’s two newest inventions, The Raspberry Tequilla Soda & The Vanilla Lavender Lemondrop Martini! After this latest release, we’ll have 102 unique recipes that we’ve created over the years. Be on the lookout for our new list that’ll be out after Memorial Day and the recipes that we come up with!
