THC-Infused Beverages

Here at Erv’s Mug, one of our core missions is to always be on the frontier of the beverage market. We consistently rotate the best craft beers from local and national breweries and frequently innovate new and fun seasonal cocktails that you can only get here. So when THC-Infused Beverages came to Wisconsin, Erv’s was one of the first to offer them.

On December 20th, 2018 The United States Farm Bill was signed into Law. This bill separated Cannabis and Hemp into two distinct plants and regulatory functions and created multiple loopholes for people to produce products containing Hemp THC that were legal at the federal level and overrode many state-level restrictions (Just like here in Wisconsin). This is how Erv’s Mug and other retailers can sell THC beverages in an otherwise illegal state.

Another reason why we chose to enter the THC market was the rise in Dry January and the Sober Curious Trends. This is the perfect alternative to get the buzz with no booze. Erv’s Mug currently sells THC-Infused sparkling water by The Fermentorium Beverage Company based in Cedarburg. Not only are they 0.0% ABV but they also have zero carbs & zero sugar. We are selling the 10 mg & the 20 mg cans for both dine-in and carry out in tasty flavors like lychee lemonade, pineapple and snowberry.
