Women’s Month

March is International Women’s Month & celebrations of women are all around. But here at Erv’s, Superwomen are at the core of our business, and we celebrate them every day, all year long.  Many talented women have worked at the Mug over the years, including 2 generations of female ownership. More than half of our staff are women numbering 19 out of 32. Collectively, these women serve, cook, clean, bus, bartend and manage the office.  They are our oldest, our longest serving, our youngest, our most recent employee and everything in between. They are strong, capable, smart, and devoted to the hospitality industry. Cheers to all of you and thank you for choosing Erv's. Our 46-year legacy would not have happened without you!  Relax, there’s a woman on the job.
